Questions, answered in stone
The common questions are below. If yours is not, write to us and a person will reply.
- Is Mystics Duel really free?
- Yes. Every coin is given at no cost, there is nothing for sale, and no payment details are ever requested.
- Can I win real money or prizes?
- No. Mystics Duel is a social casino for entertainment only. Virtual coins have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, traded or redeemed.
- Why did my balance go back to 1,000?
- Balances live only in your open browser tab. Reloading or closing the page resets them, and the Reset balance button does the same on demand.
- What rule does the dealer follow?
- The dealer draws on 16 or less and stands on every 17 or more, soft 17 included. The full rules tablet is on the game page.
- How much does a blackjack pay?
- A natural blackjack (an Ace and a ten-value card as your first two) pays 3:2. A 50-coin stake returns 125 coins in total.
- Why is the Deal button locked?
- Your stake is larger than your balance. Lower it with the Min button, or reset your balance to 1,000.
- Is the deck actually shuffled?
- Yes. The game uses a full 52-card deck shuffled with your browser's cryptographic random number generator, and reshuffles when fewer than 15 cards remain.
- Do I need an account?
- No. There are no accounts or sign-ups. You only need to be 18+ or older to play.
