Terms of Use

1. The service

Mystics Duel provides Stonecall Twenty-One, a free-to-play blackjack game, for entertainment purposes only. It is a social casino: there is no real-money wagering of any kind.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18+ years old to use this site. You are responsible for making sure that using a social casino game is lawful where you are.

3. Virtual coins

• Coins are virtual, provided free of charge and have no monetary value.
• Coins cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, redeemed or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes.
• Balances are not saved and reset whenever the page reloads. We may change starting balances or bet limits at any time.

4. Fair use

Please do not interfere with the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

5. No guarantee of results

Outcomes are determined by a randomly shuffled deck. Results in a free game do not reflect results in real-money gambling, and nothing on this site is advice or encouragement to gamble.

6. Intellectual property

The site’s design, text, graphics and code belong to Mystics Duel. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission, beyond ordinary personal browsing.

7. Availability and liability

The site is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from its use or from any interruption to it.

8. Changes and contact

We may revise these terms; the effective date will change when we do. Questions: support@mysticsduel.com. See also our Privacy Policy and Responsible Play page.
